How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 2-day lift pass valid during the spring skiing season.
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the spring skiing season (April 1-May 23).
- Please scan the QR code of your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine (SKIOSK) inside Rest House Akari, located next to Yokoteyama 1st Sky Lift, to receive your lift pass.
- Passes are only valid for 2 days, starting on the day of exchange. Please ensure to only exchange your pass on the day you wish to use it.
- From mid-May, passes cannot be exchanged at the SKIOSK (automatic ticketing machine) inside Rest House Akari. In this case, please collect your pass from either the 2nd Sky Lift ticket office or the Shibu-toge Romance ticket office. *Parts of the slope may be closed early according to snow conditions. Please check the resort's official website for the latest information before visiting.

Notes
- If the QR code has not yet been generated, cancellations can be made through My Page until May 23, 2026. Once the cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds are not possible regardless of the reason. (Credit card payment: no cancellation allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- Every Wednesday is Ladies' Day, so women can enjoy discounted purchases at the on-site ticket counter.
- April 19, 2026 is a children's ski day. On this date, elementary school students and under can ride the lifts for free. Please take note when making your purchase.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
