How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 8-hour lift pass
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- When exchanging your pass, please scan the QR code of your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine inside the restaurant or show your QR code at the ticket counter. If you are unable to generate a QR code, assistance will be provided at the counter.
- This pass is only valid on the day of exchange.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the validity period will expire, and the pass cannot be used. Additionally, cancellations will not be possible.

- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
