- Please arrive 5 minutes before the tour starts.
- If you are unable to meet the guide or cannot find the meeting location, please contact WAmazing Snow's Customer Support immediately.
- Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late after the meeting time, your reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to participate in the tour.

- Please arrive 5 minutes before the tour starts.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
- Please confirm the meeting place in advance and ensure you are dressed in appropriate attire.
- Please bring your own winter clothing (such as ski wear, gloves, hats, etc.).
- Please bring snowboard boots or snow boots, as they are required for wearing snowshoes.
- No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
- With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.
