How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass
- Please generate a QR code by the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the purchase cannot be canceled.
- You can only exchange lift passes and pass through gates on the designated date of use.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the validity period will expire, and the pass cannot be used. Additionally, cancellations will not be possible.
- Valid only on the day of exchange.

- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- Screenshots of the QR code cannot be used.

- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
