Purchasing method
- Please select your preferred language and lesson time in the "Customer Information" field after "Add to Cart" and then "Proceed to Purchase."
- Once your reservation is complete it is not possible to change the language or lesson time. If you need to change the language or lesson time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

How to use
This insurance provides the following coverage for injuries or property damage occurring on the day of your lesson and the following day.
- Death or permanent disability: JPY 5,000,000
- Hospitalization: JPY 5,000 per day
- Outpatient treatment: JPY 2,500 per day
- Liability coverage: JPY 30,000,000
If you suffer an injury or illness, no prior notification is required. Please visit a hospital directly and pay for the consultation or treatment yourself.
If you accidentally cause injury to another person or damage their belongings, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support after receiving an invoice from the other party.
To make an insurance claim, please provide WAmazing Snow Customer Support with the following details.
- Lesson information: ski resort, lesson name, date of use
- Date and time of occurrence: date of your injury, illness, property damage, or when another person was injured
- Incident details: description of the injury, damage, and how it occurred
- Supporting documents: hospital receipts or invoices from the other party
- Claimant information: name, phone number or email address, purchase ID, user ID
Schedule
Lesson Times: 9:00am-3:00pm / 10:00am-4:00pm (Includes a 1-hour break)
Meeting Location: Sapporo Teine Ski Resort, Olympia Ski Center ticket counter
Marker: A staff member wearing a black uniform with the Snoway Academy logo will be waiting for you.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the lesson start time.
- If you cannot find your instructor or are unsure of the meeting location, please contact WAmazing Snow's customer support immediately.
- Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson.

Notes
- Lesson fees do not include lift passes or rental equipment.
- Please arrive at the meeting point fully prepared with all rental gear completed so the lesson can begin immediately.
- Late arrivals will not be eligible for lesson time extensions, rescheduling, or refunds.
- If the ski resort is completely closed due to adverse weather or other conditions, options for a refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Rental Discount Available:
・Guests who book a snowboard lesson can enjoy 10% off full snowboard set rentals.
・If you wish to rent equipment, please contact WAmazingSnow Customer Support after completing your booking and at least 3 days prior to your date of use.
・Adult Full Snowboard Set Includes: Snowboard, bindings, snowboard boots, goggles, helmet, hip protectors, and knee protectors. *Ski wear is not included in the rental set.
・Rental equipment is limited in quantity.
・Advance reservation is required for rentals.
・Please note that rental equipment may not be available depending on reservation status.
- No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
- With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.
- Tickets for a fixed number of persons, such as family tickets, parent-and-child tickets, etc., are only available for purchase under specified conditions.Please be aware that if a booking does not meet the specified conditions, it will not be accepted.*Ex: 2 adults, 2 children / 1 adult, 1 child

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
