- Please display the voucher exchange screen from your My Page purchase history, present it to the staff, and exchange it for your pass.
- Passes are only valid on the day they are exchanged. Please exchange your pass on the day you intend to use it.

- This pass is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- You can cancel your pass on your My Page until February 28, 2027. Cancellations and refunds will not be possible for any reason after the cancellation period has passed.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
