How to use
- Until QR code generation and ticked exchange
- Please generate the QR code by the date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold the QR code on your e-voucher over the automated ticket machine to receive your ticket.
- After ticket exchange
- The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the product. (If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.)
- If you generate a QR code by the specified date of use, you can use it during the spring season starting April 1. However, we cannot refund the difference from the spring season price.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the period of use will end and the service will no longer be available. Cancellation is also not possible.

- This pass is for skiing or snowboarding. (Not for sightseeing, and cannot be used if you do not ski or snowboard)
- If you cannot generate a QR code or have trouble using the automatic ticketing machine, please visit the ski area counter.
- Since this is a lift ticket for the Yakebitaiyama area only, it cannot be converted to a common ticket for all mountains in Shiga Kogen.
