This product is sold at a special price. Please use it within the period of use. Cancellations can be made through My Page until February 28, 2025, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and the date of purchase. (Credit card payment: no cancellation allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase) After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift ticket and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
