How to use
- Please generate the QR code by the date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After generating the QR code, you can exchange your ticket and pass through the gate at any time within the validity period.
- Please hold the QR code on your e-voucher over the automated ticket machine to receive your ticket.

Notes
- This product is available at a special price. Please use it within the usage period.
- You can cancel your order through My Page until February 28, 2025, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and purchase date. (Credit card payment: Cancellation is not possible after 180 days from the purchase date) Once the cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticket machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- This product can only be used for skiing and snowboarding. (This is not a lift ticket for sightseeing and cannot be used other than skiing or snowboarding.)
- Preschool children may ride the lift for free if accompanied by a parent/guardian. (Free IC cards will be issued at the nearby counter.)

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
