How to use
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use. Even if it's within the cancellation period, once the QR code is generated, it cannot be canceled.
- After the QR code is generated, you can exchange your ticket and pass through the gate at any time during the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code of your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.

Notes
- You can cancel through My Page until March 20, 2025. After the cancellation period has passed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason.
- If you cannot generate a QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort counter.
- This product can only be used by those who are skiing or snowboarding and using the lift. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass, so it cannot be used by those who are not skiing or snowboarding.)
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card).
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit will not be refunded, and the lift pass (IC card) will not be reissued.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
