I originally purchased ski tickets in advance on another website, but due to an error in the itinerary, I needed to replan my trip. However, since the tickets had a limited usage date, I was lucky to find the perfect tickets that allowed me to book the ski resort on the same day, so I didn’t miss out on the beautiful fresh snow. Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort offers exceptional convenience with its integrated train station and ski center. With excellent access from Tokyo Station—just 71 minutes by bullet train (travel time may vary due to schedule revisions)—it provides an ideal environment to enjoy skiing and snowboarding at ease. Designed for day-trip visitors, the resort features rental areas, changing rooms, restaurants, and more. Once you're ready, head straight to the slopes at an elevation of about 800 meters via the large gondola on the ski center's second floor. A variety of trails suitable for all skill levels—from first-timers to advanced skiers—ensures an enjoyable experience for everyone. The ski center also includes a souvenir shop and a day-trip hot spring, offering plenty of ways to unwind after your run.
