Features and details of GRANSNOW Okuibuki

One of the largest snow resorts in the Kansai Area. Great access from either the Kansai or Chubu area. It is located near the interchange, making it perfect for day-trip skiers and snowboarders. The 12 courses - for anyone from beginners to advanced skiers - take advantage of the geography of the mountain. Blessed with quality powder snow in abundance, you can have a one-of-a-kind snow experience. Recently, a new course with a maximum incline of 46° opened. This year, the “fastest ski lift in Japan” was also installed. Furthermore, the Kids Slope has been equipped with a moving tunnel walkway, and a new Center House has also been built. This resort has been evolving into a more and more comfortable ski resort for anyone to enjoy.

Snow park information
Designed under the supervision of Yasuhito "Yatto" Yoshino - a renowned Japanese professional snowboarder - this park features kickers, boxes, rails, and more for everyone from beginners to advanced-level skiers. Kickers of various sizes from 2m to 10m are planned to be permanently installed. Challenge yourself at pulling off new tricks at this smooth snow park.
Kids’ park
The Kids Slope, separated by a net for safety, was the first in Japan. A moving tunnel walkway is also installed. You can purchase a 1-day pass for JPY 1000, and rent a sled for a day for JPY 500. This is a perfect place for children, even ones who cannot ride a ski lift alone, to enjoy snow activities such as sledding or snowman/igloo building safely.
Ski lodge
Opened in 2014, the Center House complex includes ticket counters, shops, and a school, as well as a food court and bathrooms. The escalator allows skiers to access the slopes with ease.
