Features and details of Okutone Snow Park

The location is conveniently accessible, being approximately two hours from the Tokyo metropolitan area. Visitors can enjoy a long ride with an elevation difference of 500 meters and a total length of 2,500 meters. The state-of-the-art snow machines ensure powder snow of a quality comparable to natural snow, complemented by a diverse range of courses. Children who are Elementary school age and younger can ride the lifts for free all day. The facility operates for up to 18 hours, with night skiing available until midnight on weekends. Most of the slopes can be skied early in the morning or at night. Numerous events are also planned throughout the season. Come experience the fun at Okutone Snow Park!

Snow park information
The park has been upgraded! The new Prinoth Bison X snowcat has revamped the terrain park, offering something for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. Night skiing is also available!
Kids’ park
There are two kids’ slopes: one next to Ski Lift No. 1 and another next to Ski Lift No. 2. The slopes are partitioned off, so even small children can play safely. Bring a sled and enjoy the snow, or grab a kids’ snowboard for an awesome first snowboarding experience. This season, all 6th graders (12 years old and under) can ride the ski lifts for free!
Ski lodge
Located in front of the parking lot, the Gate House, which opened in the 2015-2016 season, features a restaurant, shop, ticket counter, rental shop, and changing rooms, offering enhanced convenience for visitors. Upon arrival, guests should prepare for the slopes at the Gate House. Its high ceilings and simple design provide excellent convenience, and the facility is equipped with Wi-Fi.
