This product includes a 1-day lift pass, a JPY 1,200 meal ticket, and a JPY 200 soft drink ticket.
You can use all the lifts at Okutone Snow Park.

How to use

Rest House (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• Paper meal and drink tickets will be provided when exchanging your lift pass.
• No change will be given when using the meal and drink tickets. Non-refundable.

Notes

This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
Depending on course conditions, the price of the lift pass on-site may be subject to change.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
