How to use
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use.
- After generating the QR code, you can exchange your ticket or pass through the gate at any time during the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your ticket.

Notes
- This product is being sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- You can cancel your order through My Page until February 28, 2025, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and purchase date. (Credit card payment: Cancellation is not possible after 180 days from the purchase date) Once the cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you cannot generate a QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort counter.
- Screenshots of the QR code cannot be used.
- There is no automatic ticketing machine at the Maiko Kogen Hotel ticket counter. Please show the electronic voucher on your device to the staff at the counter to receive your lift pass.

・Open from 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM on December 31 - January 1, and Sundays during the operating period

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
