Notes

Please note that the Rental store (SPICY Echoland) is not located in the ski area.
Please make sure to return rental items at the end of each day. (Rental Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) - This product can be used on consecutive days or you can break the days apart. *If you wish to do so, please inform us on-site when you redeem the ticket on the first day.

Once tickets have been redeemed, they cannot be cancelled for any reason. Even if there are still days left on the ticket, cancellation is not allowed once it has been redeemed on the first day. We appreciate your understanding.
Lift passes are not included in this product.
Accessories (hat, gloves, goggles) are not included in the rental.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.
