Product description

You can use all lifts and gondolas at HAKUBA VALLEY Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort.

  • Except for the period when this product is available (December 21, 2024 - March 9, 2025), the rest of the year is the early-season and spring season. Please purchase lift tickets for the applicable period at the ski resort counter.

Can be purchased up to 23:00 (JST) on the day of use.

  • Please generate the QR code by the date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
  • After generating the QR code, you can exchange your ticket and pass through the gate at any time within the validity period.
  • Please hold the QR code on your e-voucher over the automatic ticketing machine to receive your ticket.
  • If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the period of use will end and the service will no longer be available. Cancellation is also not possible.

  • This product can only be used for skiing and snowboarding. (This is not a lift ticket for sightseeing and cannot be used by non-skiers and non-snowboarders.)

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

  • Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
  • Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
  • Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
  • If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
