How to use
- Please generate the QR code by the date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After generating the QR code, you can exchange your ticket and pass through the gate at any time within the validity period.
- Please hold the QR code on your e-voucher over the automatic ticketing machine to receive your ticket.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the period of use will end and the service will no longer be available. Cancellation is also not possible.

- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- This product can only be used for skiing and snowboarding. (This is not a lift ticket for sightseeing and cannot be used by non-skiers and non-snowboarders.)

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- The terms and conditions of use of the ski resort and the contract for lift and mountain access concerning the ropeway business shall be as set forth in the 「Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort Terms and Conditions」
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
