- If you are unable to meet with the guide or do not know the meeting location, please contact WAmazingSnow's Customer Support immediately.
- Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to participate in the tour.

- The fee includes the tour cost and insurance fee.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the tour.
- Those who are prone to motion sickness or are not feeling well are requested to refrain from participating.
