How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- The day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass will be considered the day of use. *If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible in case of loss or if you accidentally pass through the gate.

- This pass cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. Please use it within the validity period.
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

- The ski resort's Terms of Use and the transportation contract related to lift operations are governed by the provisions set forth in the Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort Terms and Conditions
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
