Purchasing method
- Number of tickets that can be purchased at one time: Up to 10 tickets
- If you would like to purchase more than 10 tickets, please purchase 10 tickets, then purchase any additional tickets you need.
- Multiple tickets can be exchanged on the same day.

How to use
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use. Once the QR code has been generated, it cannot be canceled.
- After the QR code has been generated, you can exchange your ticket and pass through the gate at any time within the validity period.
- Hold the QR code on your e-voucher over the automated ticket machine to receive your ticket.

Notes
- This product is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- Cancellations can be made through My Page until February 28, 2025, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and date of purchase. (Credit card payment: Cancellation is not allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase.) Once the cancellation period has expired, no refund or cancellation will be made for any reason.
- If the QR code cannot be generated, or if the automatic ticketing machine cannot be used due to any issues, please visit the ski resort counter.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift ticket and cannot be used by those who are not skiing or snowboarding.)
- Since this is a lift ticket limited to the Yakebitaiyama area, it cannot be changed to a Shiga Kogen All-Mountain Pass.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
