Kandatsu Snow Resort

Enjoy 100% natural snow at this ski resort, just a 7-minute free shuttle ride from Echigo-Yuzawa Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen! With night skiing available until 2:00 AM, you can enjoy plenty of time on the slopes, even on a day trip. The longest run is 3.5 kilometers and is gentle enough for beginners. Popular tree run courses and Sclover Park, which features a variety of obstacles for snowboarders, including a beginner-friendly zone, are also available. The facilities have been completely renovated and are now more comfortable and clean. A lodging facility with a hot spring bath, Kami no Yu, is also available.
