Osorakan Snow Park

The snow park stretches across Mt. Osorakan (1,346 meters), the highest peak in Hiroshima Prefecture. From the summit, which offers panoramic views of the Sea of Japan, you can enjoy a thrilling downhill ride with a 2.5-kilometer run and a 500-meter elevation drop. Additionally, you may be lucky enough to witness the rare phenomenon of frost-covered trees near the summit, an uncommon sight in Western Japan. The slopes, covered with natural snow, are wide and divided into four areas. The upper section is steep and suited for advanced skiers, while the lower section features a spacious, gentle slope that caters to skiers of all levels, from beginners to experts. The Kids' Area in front of the Ushigoya Kogen Rest House, featuring the Momo Air Dome, is a hit with young children. There are three restaurants on the premises, offering a variety of menu options, and restrooms are available around the clock.
