Palcall Tsumagoi Resort

Located midway between Karuizawa and the famous hot spring town of Kusatsu, Palcall Tsumagoi Resort features the longest gondola in the Kanto region, as well as one of Japan's largest terrain parks. The resort also has a total of 22 trails for riders to explore. Take the gondola, stretching 3,193 meters, straight up to the 2,100-meter summit, where you'll be amazed by the extraordinary views and excellent snow quality. Thanks to its impressive altitude and snowmaking machines, the resort is open for skiing from mid-December through early April.
