Yunomaru Ski Area

Located just over two hours from the Tokyo metropolitan area, Yunomaru Ski Area offers excellent access. Its wide, varied slopes span elevations from 1,700 to 2,000 meters and are known for reliable powder snow throughout the season, as well as stunning views of the Northern Alps. The resort features a children's sledding area, a snowboard park, and a daily groomed Time Challenger—a timed slalom-style course on a permanent pole run. Around the resort and near the interchange, you'll also find roadside stations, artisan cheese shops, and relaxing day-use hot springs to enjoy before or after your time on the slopes.
