How to use
- Until QR code generation and ticked exchange
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use.You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold up the QR code on your electronic voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- After ticket exchange
- The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the product.
- If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.

Notes
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machine, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- By presenting your IC card to the counter or staff, you can also access the dome tent and snow activity areas.
- Please return the IC card to the ticket counter after use.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
