The Central Slope, wide with great scenery

The view from the Central Slope
The main central slope is just wide as heck! Slopes with a gentle incline are the main focus here, and they’re easy to ski on, so they’re particularly recommended for beginners and small children.

The high-speed ski lifts and chair lifts are very efficient, allowing you to relax and enjoy your ski time.

The view from the ski lift
Ride the No. 4 ski lift, which goes straight to the summit, to fully enjoy the beautiful densely compacted snow mid-level slope.

Although there are some areas where the slope is a bit more severe, the course is wide, so it's possible to ski down slowly and calmly. Intermediate-level skiers and above ought to give the beautiful curves on the compacted snow course a try.

Take the Minero No. 1 Lift to reach the area’s largest compacted snow course!

The No. 1 lift
The Minero Area, which spreads out over the right-hand side of the mountain, features the largest-scale compacted snow course in the entire Aizu area! Alongside the hooded high-speed ski lift route, a host of easy-to-ski courses branch out in all directions.

If you can ski all the way down to the bottom while maintaining a decent speed, you may get to experience the real pleasure of exhilarating skiing.

Minero Mogul No. 4 Lift, connecting to difficult courses stricly for advanced skiers

The famous mogul slope course
As the name suggests, this area features a wide mogul slope, and is only for advanced skiers. The maximum inclination is 34 degrees, and the course difficulty level is quite high.

This lift only runs on the weekends, so if you go early Saturday morning, you can enjoy a picture-perfect wide powder course with no tracks.

Advanced skiers who want to take on this extremely tough, steep mogul slope, it’s definitely worth trying even if you have to line up for it in the morning!

Nighttime skiing also runs until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 10pm on Sundays. There’s also a park that operates at nighttime too, so there’s lots of ways to discover how to spend your day!
