How to use

• Please generate the QR code by the day of use. Cancellations are not possible after generating the QR code.
• After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass and go through the gate at any time during the validity period.
• Please scan the QR code of the electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
• If you are unable to generate a QR code or if there is an issue with the automatic ticketing machine, please visit the ski resort counter. Note: At Takasu Snow Park and Dynaland, a JPY 500 deposit per lift pass is required at the counter, but it will be refunded in cash upon returning the lift pass (IC card).

Cancellations can be made through My Page until February 28, 2025, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and the date of purchase. (Credit card payment: no cancellation allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase) After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
